What is The Win Academy?
The Win Academy helps sales leads develop their sales professionals by transforming their performance to have the confidence, belief and capability to win.
The academy offers a number of highly acclaimed training programmes, delivered through a blend of online and in-person coaching and tailored to your organisation.
Why The Win Academy was founded
The primary reason for founding The Win Academy was an urgent need to help sales leads develop the sales professionals in their team. The traditional approach of bringing in a sales trainer for a day or running through an online presentation as a way of developing skills doesn’t work for many teams.
Learning isn’t embedded, skills aren’t honed and investment in these programmes is rarely tied to an immediate or long-term improvement in performance.
Sales is more than skills. It’s about confidence, belief and having the desire to win with your team. A linear training approach will never develop a rounded sales professional with all these key attributes.
That’s why we developed an approach that combines tailored in person coaching with an online learning platform to reinforce lessons and deliver a strong return on investment immediately.
