Mark has enjoyed a 30 year career in banking, much of which in senior executive roles. He had a wide range of board and C-Suite appointments including Group CEO of an Aim listed plc. For the last 12 years, Mark built a portfolio of commercial interests including C-Suite coaching and mentoring. He brings to life the world of the C-Suite and supports clients getting to the “inner circle”.

Nick enjoyed a 33 year client facing career at Andersen and Deloitte with major roles at key accounts, leading industry teams and clients and markets. For the past 4 years Nick has focussed on Sales Coaching, Mentoring and leadership development at Professional services firms, Fintechs, and Healthcare companies. He brings the experience of leading large sales and building strong relationships in the C Suite.

With a background in client and senior account management in some of the world’s largest organisations, Stephen is a powerful communicator and helps sales teams build strong relationships and unlock their true potential, particularly in the field of pitching, presenting and communication.

Lisa works in partnership with a range of clients to shape and manage the design, delivery and measurement of The Win Academy programmes.

Lisa leads the design and delivery of our digital learning platforms and is passionate about designing powerful learning journeys that blend the very best of live, digital learning and self directed learning formats to maximise return on investment and application of learning.

Alex has led extensive sales, leadership and client experience interventions in the energy sector, working with upstream, midstream and downstream businesses, as well and utilities firms. Alex is renowned for her immense energy, great facilitation skills and intuitive understanding of people, as well as a no-nonsense approach to solving business challenges.

Following a long career in sales within a multinational corporation Jim has spent much of the last 20 years working with highly successful companies, teams and individuals from both the corporate sector and the world of professional sport. Jim’s passion for high performance, and understanding how exceptional performers are able to stay at the top of their game, allows him to share cutting-edge strategies and tools that inspire change and allow his audiences to maximise their performance irrespective of the challenges and changes they may face.

David started his professional life in advertising before bringing the concept of juice bars over to London from the States. After building a successful chain he sold the business to a leading health club provider and used his experience to move into the world of business coaching a number of years ago. David has always been fascinated with how people can maximise levels of influence and impact. He coaches clients in a range of sectors in the areas of winning new business, negotiation, communication and storytelling.

Elissa works with senior executives and their team members to win and grow business and negotiate better deals. In addition to working with clients in programmes, Elissa is a seasoned coach who has worked on many live pitches, assisting clients to win competitive pieces of business.

Ian has been working on major bids across the world for nearly 20 years including Government, Infrastructure, IT, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services and major global sporting bids.
